Author Guide & Paper Submission
- Papers must be written with provided template (A4 DOCX)
- Papers must be written in 4 pages until 6 pages (maximum). Extra pages are at a cost of Rp 165.000 (each).
- Submitted papers must send without page numbers, header and footer.
- The authors are invited to submit full paper in submission page via EDAS
- May not use Indonesian language references.
- No author changes are allowed after the paper is accepted.

Review Procedure
- All papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS via the following link: EDAS
- Upon submission, each paper will undergo an initial desk screening by the Technical Program Committee (TPC) to evaluate its relevance and compliance with the scope of iSemantic 2026. Papers found to be out of scope will not be considered for further review.
- Papers that successfully pass the desk screening will be assigned to independent reviewers for the peer-review process.
- Reviews from reviewers will be guided by the following form https://events.ieee.org/wp-content/uploads/paper-review-form.pdf
- Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit the final camera-ready manuscript through EDAS in accordance with the conference formatting and submission requirements.
- All accepted papers must be presented orally during the conference, either in onsite or online presentation sessions.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. The decision regarding publication in IEEE Xplore and indexing in Scopus is under the authority of the CEE conference management.
Thus, non-presented papers will be suppressed from submission for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore
