Announcement about Hybrid Conference for iSemantic 2023
Dear Author and Presenter, below are the detailed procedure to attend the hybrid conference presentation and parallel room:

For the Seminar Ceremony and Keynote Speaker Presentation, we will use Youtube Live, Digital Terrestrial television from TVKU (name of broadcaster brand) and Zoom Webinar. The Detailed link for this Ceremony as follows:

The author already submitted the 10~13 minutes video presentation and slide presentation through EDAS System. If you have not submitted files, please do as soon as possible through moses@dsn.dinus.ac.id

Author needs to attend the DRY RUN PARALLEL SESSION (rehearsal) IN VIRTUAL CONFERENCE and PARALLEL SESSION IN HYBRID CONFERENCE.

Dry run and Parallel Session will be held using ZOOM MEETINGS for online mode and in H building for offline mode

Please to rename your zoom name into this format: R_room_number paper_number presenter_name. for example: R1 1570706948 Prabowo

AUTHOR must attend both DRY SESSION AND PARALLEL SESSIONS

At the dry Session and Parallel Session, we will ask your attendance, if you present, we will play the video presentation. After the video ends, you must answer the question or discussion that occur during the parallel session

In any case, we do not find your video presentation or slide presentation (either you did not submit those files at EDAS or submit through email), you must present orally.

AUTHOR MUST ATTEND IN THE PARALLEL SESSION for Question and Answering Session. If the author leaves or does not attend the parallel session, we will consider the author did not attend the presentation (resulting in the paper not being submitted to IEEE).

Please attend 15 minutes before the scheduled time because we need to assign you to Zoom rooms.

Both the Dry Session and Parallel Session, WE WILL USE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

Moderator will moderate the opening, question, feedback and closing

For Certificate, we will give you the google form to fill at the parallel session.

The first dry run session (room 1-5) will be held at Tuesday, September 12, 2023 - 15.30 WIB (08.30 am utc)

The second dry run session (room 6-10) will be held at Tuesday, September 12, 2023 - 16.30 WIB (09.30 am utc)

The first parallel session will be held at Saturday, September 16, 2023 - 13.00 WIB (06.00 am utc)

The second parallel session will be held at Saturday, September 16, 2023 - 15.30 WIB (08.30 am utc)
