Author Guide & Paper Submission
- Papers must be written with provided template (A4 DOCX)
- Papers must be written in 4 pages until 6 pages (maximum). Extra pages are at a cost of 10 USD (Rp 150.000) (each).
- Papers with extra pages will have an extra charge.
- Submitted papers must send without page numbers, header and footer.
- The authors are invited to submit full paper in submission page via EDAS

AUTHORS SUBMISSION GUIDELINES STEP BY STEP
For all accepted papers in iSemantic 2025 (you will find this status at Edas and email), Please prepare your camera-ready manuscript. Setup for camera-ready manuscript could be performed starting from Sept 19-21, 2025, through PDF Express website (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/).
After manuscript checking by PDF Express has been done, please upload your paper via EDAS and put your camera-ready manuscript on the “Final Manuscript” by August 18, 2025.
The payment must be performed before August 18, 2025. For more information please follow the instruction below:

Please take notes that iSemantic 2025 Conference will be held with Hybrid Session.

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. The decision regarding publication in IEEE Xplore and indexing in Scopus is under the authority of the CEE conference management.
Thus, non-presented papers will be suppressed from submission for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore
