Author Guide & Paper Submission<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Papers must be written with provided template<\/a> (A4 DOCX)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Papers must be written in 4 pages until 6 pages (maximum). Extra pages are at a cost of 10 USD (Rp 150.000) (each). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Papers with extra pages will have an extra charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Submitted papers must send without page numbers, header and footer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The authors are invited to submit full paper in submission page via EDAS<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. May not use Indonesian language references.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. No author changes are allowed after the paper is accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    AUTHORS SUBMISSION GUIDELINES STEP BY STEP<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For all accepted papers in iSemantic 2025 (you will find this status at Edas and email),  Please prepare your camera-ready manuscript. Setup for camera-ready manuscript could be performed starting from Sept 19-21, 2025, through PDF Express website (https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After manuscript checking by PDF Express has been done, please upload your paper via EDAS and put your camera-ready manuscript on the “Final Manuscript” by August 18, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The payment must be performed before August 18, 2025. For more information please follow the instruction below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please take notes that iSemantic 2025 Conference will be held with Hybrid Session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If your paper status on Edas is “Accepted<\/strong>“, Please check your mailbox and find the pdf-express code and whatsapp group link for detailed information and guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All accepted<\/strong> and presented<\/strong> papers will be submitted<\/strong> to IEEE Xplore. The decision regarding publication in IEEE Xplore and indexing in Scopus is under the<\/strong> authority<\/strong> of the CEE conference management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
